  • a. Individual Bookings:

    • Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to the scheduled arrival date: Full refund, minus any transaction fees.
    • Cancellations made between 15 and 29 days prior to the scheduled arrival date: 50% refund, minus any transaction fees.
    • Cancellations made within 14 days of the scheduled arrival date: No refund.
  • b. Group Bookings (5 or more guests):

    • Cancellations made 45 days or more prior to the scheduled arrival date: Full refund, minus any transaction fees.
    • Cancellations made between 30 and 44 days prior to the scheduled arrival date: 50% refund, minus any transaction fees.
    • Cancellations made within 29 days of the scheduled arrival date: No refund.

2. Refund Process:

  • Refunds will be processed within 15 business days from the date of cancellation.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment.
  • Transaction fees incurred during the booking process are non-refundable.

3. No-Show Policy:

  • In the event of a no-show without prior notice, no refund will be provided.

4. Early Departure:

  • No refund will be provided for early departures once the tour has commenced.

5. Force Majeure:

  • In the case of events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, political unrest, or other force majeure circumstances, Samsi Hospitality reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel tours without prior notice. In such cases, a full refund or the option to reschedule will be provided.

6. Booking Modifications:

  • Modifications to the booking dates are subject to availability and may be subject to additional charges.

7. Travel Insurance:

  • We strongly recommend that guests acquire comprehensive travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances.
